Uh! Hermit Crab Association has gone to far this time! first I was being harassed about the size of tank I got and how many hermit crabs. Then I was using the site because I need to be able t talk to this one member because she s giving me a Straw at the end of the month and we need to talk so I know were and when to meet her cousin and yesterday THEY BANNED ME FOR BEING 12 AND NOT FILLING OUT THIS STUPID FORM!!!! It’s ridicules! what now? 🙁
Yes, I am not thrilled with them, I don’t know if the info concerning salt water is true, they claim that Instant Ocean has more metal concentrations than any other salt water mix. I have no way of knowing if the statement is true or not……………….I could not find my Oceanic sea salt so I chose Instant Ocean, and now I am afraid to give it to my crabs. I called Petco, and they are getting a shipment of Oceanic brand in on Wednesday. As far as banning you, some websites state the person has to be of a certain age to be able to be on the site. I believe this site has specific rules and forms as well, but I do not know the age you have to be to join. You are obviously old enough to be on here, or did your mom have to sign you in? Don’t be uspet, have your mom sign for you on HCA, that way you can still be in contact with the people you are adopting the crabs from, and you can tell them how the crabs are doing from time to time. I am going to have to figure that website out and get on somehow. I didn’t even get ANY warning that I was going to be banned so I didn’t get a chance to tell HermitMickey00 my e-mail so I don’t have to use the website. It is so dumb! I think I am going to find a way to get on, but until then I can use CSJ. I will probably use both if I get back on.
