I like this combo set for one that it sits outside of the tank with a wire probe. Also this is the first thermometer/hygrometer that was spot on when I calibrated it. Also the size is small approx. 1.5 inches wide and 1 inch tall. It comes with velcro so you can attach it to the tank. It is design to clip on an Exo Terra Compact Top if you have one. All in all it is a nice and accurate piece. I feel my 19.99 was well spent.
