Ingredients 1/3 Cup Plain Oats1/4 Cup wheat germ1/4 Cup dried coconut1/4 Cup dried mixed fruit (chop a bit first)3 tbsp Chamomile Flowers2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast2 tbsp flax seeds2 tbsp chia seeds Instructions Blend all ingredients until desired consistency. Store in an airtight container. I prefer glass jars.
